-  At the same time, we published China’s first book on automotive product quality observation named Deciphering Automobile Quality Codes--- A Ten Year Observation of Chinese Automobile Quality (2011-2020).

- AprThe launch of Deciphering Automobile Quality Codes: A Ten Year Observation of Chinese Automobile Quality(2011-2020) was held in Beijing.
- AugA seminar on the group standard of “Evaluation Guideline for Auto Enterprises’ Service Quality of Customer Complaint Handling” was held in Beijing in collaboration with the China National Institute of Standardization.
- NovA series of research results were released, including the 2022 AQR and user experience and real-car evaluations on automobile HMI system. Additionally, the research findings on user satisfaction with passenger car tires in 2022 were released in partnership with JD Auto.
- DecA series of research findings on the Voice of Chinese Automobile Customers (VOC+) 2022 were released, covering complaints behavior of Chinese passenger car users and their satisfaction with the after-sales service.
-  Also, the group standard of Evaluation Guideline for Service Quality of Auto Customer Complaint Handling passed the review conducted by the China Association for Standardization and was approved for release and implementation.

- MarA conference for the release of the group standard of General Principles for Evaluating the Service Quality of Automobile User Complaint Handling and an exchange on after-sales service capability improvement.
-  The selection for outstanding contributors to China’s automobile after-sales service in 2023 was launched.
- AugA training session for the promotion and implementation of the group standard of General Principles for Evaluating the Service Quality of Automobile User Complaint Handling was held in Zhuhai, Guangdong province.
- SeptThe release of the results from the 2023 China Automobile Product Quality Research (AQR) and the award ceremony was held in Shanghai.
- DecThe 7th Voice of Chinese Automobile Customers (VOC+) Seminar and Award Ceremony 2023 was held in Beijing.
-  The first monograph focusing on complaint handling research in auto industry, Theory & Practice of Automobile Customer Complaints Handling, was published.
-  An online event was held to announce the results of the 2023 research on the quality performance of EIC system of domestic NEV, along with an award ceremony for suppliers with the best market performance in EIC system.
